Throughout this project, perspective was used as a tool to analyze urban space. The site was recorded using one point perspective images as a means of investigation. Through various drawing techniques, these images became a base to generate both plan and elevation drawings of the site. Based on the initial studies and recordings of the site, a scripting process was generated. This scripted process was a way to rethink how urban space could behave. The new Blackstone Square was transformed into a responsive environment where its original surface textures became a new output, responding to the users as they move through space.
